Swanson Surveying is currently undertaking a large land surveying project for the construction of the Opalia Shopping Centre in Melton. Our team have been engaged by not only the main building contractor but also the civil, concreting, electrical and plumbing subcontractors working on site. This has enabled us to provide a coordinated & thorough service from the outset of the project, allowing any small issues to be managed before they become larger problems on-site and helping to ensure a smooth construction process.

• Slab penetration set out for plumbing & electrical contractors.
• Lettable Area surveys & Lease plans in accordance with the Property Council of Australia Guidelines.
