Boronggook Drysdale Library Architecture Award

Last week the Boronggook Drysdale Library was one of five recipients of the Australian Institute of Architects’s prestigious public architecture awards.

This 9.15 million dollar project, which we were engaged to provide construction surveying services for by the builder Nicholson Construction, features a unique circular design, internal garden courtyard and green rooftop comprised of 4,300 native plants. We’re delighted to be a small part of the team involved in creating such a significant cultural and community space, named ‘Boronggook’ after the traditional Wadawurrung name for the area.
