Swanson Surveying would like to welcome Matthew Ackroyd, Licensed Surveyor to the team at Swanson Surveying.

Matthew is a professional licensed surveyor who specialises in property development, land subdivision, title boundary surveys, laser scanning & 3D modelling. He has worked in the local area for the last 8 years, and has an in-depth understanding of the local land development sector and business environment. Matthew brings with him a wealth of experience in the land development sector having worked on land subdivision projects throughout the Geelong, Ballarat, Colac and Melbourne regions. These have included multi-lot unit subdivisions, building subdivisions and large housing estate developments.

Licensed Surveyors

Licensed surveyors play a pivotal role in the land development process often facilitating the land development project from start to finish. They are able to provide advice regarding the layout and design of your development project and help you to understand the processes required to complete the subdivision. They will prepare the plan of subdivision and all other documents required to have the plan registered at Land Victoria and have your new titles created.
