Multi Lot Subdivision – Grovedale Village, Waurn Ponds

Swanson Surveying have been involved in the planning and construction of a mixed-use retail development on a major intersection in the heart of Waurn Ponds, Geelong. The site is surrounded by the Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, Homemaker Centres, Bunnings, and Deakin University. The tenant mix includes multiple drive through food tenancies, a service station and also everyday uses such as a 120 place childcare and a 1,100sqm gym.

Our client utilised our expertise in the land development space to assist them with the complex five lot Plan of Subdivision for this project, along with preparation of a formal Lease Plan for Powercor and a Plan of Creation of Easement to facilitate service outfall. We have also been directly engaged by the builder to provide ongoing set out and construction surveying services.
