Engineering Surveying – Barwon Health Women and Children’s Hospital

The Victorian Government has committed more than $500 million to deliver new and expanded women’s and children’s services in Geelong. Operated by Barwon Health, the new facilities will be built within the University Hospital Geelong precinct and will house a new children’s inpatient unit, new neonatal and patient care unit, specialist (outpatient) clinics and four new operating theatres.

Our survey team are managing all the engineering construction surveying operations for the project builder as well as multiple sub-contractors. Our scope of works includes title re-establishment, existing conditions surveys, survey control network, deflection and settlement monitoring, construction set out and as-builts of services, slabs, bolts, dowels, precast, plumbing, structural steel.

Construction is on track to be completed in 2029.
