Engineering Surveying – Elysium Fields, Docklands

Swanson Surveying has been engaged to provide construction set out and as-built surveying services for Elysium Fields, GURNER Group’s landmark mixed-use development in Docklands.

The project forms part of a major waterfront precinct that will deliver residential, hotel, wellness, retail and public amenity spaces across one of Docklands’ most prominent sites.

Swanson’s construction surveying team is supporting the builder, structural concrete contractors and plumbing trades with accurate, responsive and practical site-based survey services.

Our scope includes project control, gridline and structural set out, slab and penetration set out, level control, hydraulic services set out, progressive as-built surveys and survey records to support construction verification and quality assurance.

The project adds to Swanson Surveying’s experience delivering set out, as-built and engineering surveying services on complex building and infrastructure projects across Victoria.
