Engineering Surveying – Motif, Geelong

Swanson Surveying was engaged to provide construction set out and as-built surveying services for Motif, a residential apartment development at 1 York Street, Geelong.

Delivered by Hamilton Marino, the project comprises a contemporary multi-level apartment building designed by Rothelowman architects, on the fringe of Geelong’s CBD and waterfront precinct.

Swanson’s construction surveying team supported the builder and the structural concrete contractors with accurate, responsive and practical site-based survey services throughout construction.

Our scope included project control, gridline and structural set out, slab and penetration set out, level control, progressive as-built surveys and survey records to support construction verification and quality assurance.

The project adds to Swanson Surveying’s experience delivering set out, as-built and engineering surveying services for complex multi-discipline building projects across Victoria.
